The unique electronic sound management is the FIRST and ONLY legal adjustable exhaust system in the world ! The rider can activate the electronic soundmanagement anytime at any speed. The system will meet the requirements of EC approval regulations of EC 97/24 in any position of the switch, speed, rev`s or gears.
When the system is deactivated, it will meet the:
1. driveby-noise 80 db(A)   2. static noise of stock exhaust ( +/- 3 db(A) tolerance ) 3. emissions in idling   4. emissions (europen driving-test-circle)  5. hp-power requirements ( must meet stock hp +/- tolerances )  6. V-max test  7. the systems have the authorized approval number stamped onto both mufflers
The legality of these exhausts certainly still remains when the system is activated because the driveby-noise of 80 db(A) still remains, but in this  mode only on certain speeds.
Why are our exhaust systems with electronic soundmanagement legal, and the ones of our competitors not?

The switch is mounted on the handlebar. mounting kit / hardwarekit,  electronicbox with software conforming to EC 97/24 regulations,  seperate cable-loom with connectors,  2 electronic servo-motors,  2 precision milled and anodized housings with covers,  1 rocker switch with LED, - milled housing for switch,  2 adjustable units made out of steel   precision-milled, hardened and coated,  2 stainless steel indestructable joints/shafts   (between servos and adjuster)
