Pat Kennedys Custom Motorcycles Lightweight Rigid Chopper Motorcycle Frame Kit made with 4130 Chrome-moly tubing

One of the finest rigid frames on the market today. This beautiful lightweight frame is ideal for the custom chopper builder. The K-2000 frame offers a centered motor in the backbone of the frame to ensure outstanding performance and stability in all riding situations. Material used is 4130 Chrome-molly tubing. Each frame will accept either a Panhead, shovelhead, Evolution or high performance after market motor configuration. Select transmission mounts for 4,5 or 6 speed left side drive. Pats rigid frame will accept up to a 230 tire using standard width rear belt drive. Select factory style mounts for fuel tank & oil tanks or leave bare to create your own ride. Custom rakes and stretch combinations are available along with Pats standard variables.Outlaw Chopper Frame: 40 degree rake, 10in down tube stretch with 6in backbone length Wrangler Chopper Frame: 40 degree rake, 4in stretch with 2in backbone length

Pats Chrome-moly full suspension frame includes swingarm, axis tube, bearings, clips and stainless steel mud guard. Factory or high performance FXST shocks fit onto swingarm section. Fender struts are incorporated into the frame structure. All Pat Kennedy frames offer centered motors in the backbone of the frame for perfect handling. Material used is Chrome-moly 4130 tubing. Each frame will accept Panhead, Shovelhead, Evo or High performance motors (no twin cam). Select 4, 5 or 6 speed transmission mounts (left hand side drive). Each frame accepts up to a 230 wide tire mounted on 7in wide rims. Total weight of frame equals 55lbs. Select: 43 degree Rake with 10in stretch / 40 degree rake with 4in stretch or contact us for custom built to order dimensions.
