Ultima Products - Evolution Style American V-Twin Motors

All  these engines are dynamically balanced using proprietary methods to provide the smoothest running engines on the market and now with new high flow cylinder heads these engines can now boast the most powerful engines on the market as well!  We think that you will agree these engines are the best value anywhere. 

Cases - Made in the U.S.A. Cast in steel inserts guaranteed not to move. Large bore breather for increased crank case vacuum and less blow by,  ½in alignment dowels  for true line bore. Counter-bored stainless allen head case bolts. Close machining  tolerances made from prime C355-T6 aluminium that is superior in strength to A356.  Billet oil pump. 

Crankshaft - New state of the art designed crankshaft incorporates a massive 1.67in diameter pin that is pressed into the one piece, heat treated, 4140 steel flywheel half making these crankshafts some of the strongest available on the market today.  These crankshafts feature all new 7.7in long H-beam rods with 0.927in diameter  wrist pins to handle all the power you can throw at them. These are also balanced  using exclusive methods making these some of the smoothest running engines in the industry. Fitted with Jims machining shafts and pins.
  
Cylinders - C355-T6 Casting. Cast in heavy wall liners will not move. Liners are centrifugal cast with graphite impregnated nickel for high durability.  All fins are machined for an excellent cosmetic appearance. 

Cylinder Head - C355-T6 Casting. All fins are machined for an excellent cosmetic appearance. Twin Cam styling means 30% more fin than most Evolution style  heads for cooler running. Compression release valves. Stainless intake valves,  stainless exhaust valves. Manganese Bronze guides. High silicon wire valve spring  with chromoly retainer. S&S E or G carb supplied with all motors except 130/140 cu in.
